Name: Debbie Mcfarlane
Title: Director
Career Synopsis: Debbie has over 12 years sales experience with the last 6 years within the Recruitment Industry at Senior Management/Director level operating in the legal market. Debbie is responsible for the Business Development of PI Recruitment, she is well known in the Aberdeen marketplace and is an active networker. The current team have all worked together for several years building a strong client and candidate bank.
Recruitment Highlight: Establishing PI Recruitment in 2005 as a new venture and recruiting what Debbie feels are Aberdeens most experienced and specialist consultants “Behind every successful manager is their team."
Name: Kim Barrie
Specialist Division: Operational Manager
Career Synopsis: Kim is a true veteran having worked in Recruitment for over 10 years. She started her career in London as a consultant recruiting catering personnel. She then moved into management after 3 years in the industry. Has since worked in various sectors including industrial, construction, sales and marketing, finance and most recently specialising in the recruitment of Office Personnel at all levels.
Recruitment Highlight: The last ten years have all been a blur – can’t possibly pick one out!

Name: Alexandra Greig
Title: Business Support Manager
Career Synopsis: Alex has over 7 years Office Manager/Senior Administration experience gained within the Aberdeen Recruitment Market. In her current role as Business Support Manager, Alex is responsible for the smooth running of the internal office functions including; HR, Health and Safety, IT and the general administration function for a busy sales team.
Recruitment highlight: Getting to work with and meet some very interesting characters!!!
Name: Angela O’Brien
Specialist Division: Technical and Engineering
Career Synopsis: Fast approaching 5 years recruitment experience gained within the Aberdeen Market place. Angela is the Specialist Consultant for the Technical and Engineering sector. Duties include but limited to recruitment of all permanent/contract/temporary Engineering and Technical vacancies, key account management, client liaison, candidate interviewing, business development, networking etc

Name: Sarah Evans
Specialist Division: Office Personnel – Temporary Contracts
Career Synopsis: Since graduating in 2000 with a MA (2:1) in Business Organisation Sarah worked in Edinburgh for the Public Sector where she was involved with Project Consultancy work and a Financial Services Organisation (plc) where Sarah worked within Client Services. With 3 years Recruitment Consultancy experience gained within the Aberdeen market Sarah is a specialist in her field, offering a competent and trusted service to Clients and Candidates.
Recruitment Highlight: Being part of and contributing to a successful ‘Start-up’ Recruitment branch of the Pi Group.

Name: Gordon Macfarlane
Specialist Division: Office Personnel - Permanent
Career Synopsis: 8 years management experience in the retail trade, 5 years management experience in consumer finance, then moved into recruitment. Started his recruitment career with PI Recruitment specialising in Accounting and Finance. Moved to Glasgow for a few months where continued working within recruitment for Accounting and Finance and Sales. Have now returned to Aberdeen and PI Recruitment responsible for Office Personnel side of the business
Name: Nathan Whitcombe
Specialist Division: Recruitment Resourcer
Career Synopsis: Nathan is currently working at Pi Recruitment on a year long placement from studies at RGU. He is in 3rd year studying for his BA in Management and Marketing. He plans to return in September 2007 to complete his honours year. His current role is assisting Sarah Evans with temporary office personnel.
