Overview:

Our client a major oil and gas company wishes to recruit an Internal Resourcing Lead for their Londonbased office.


Job Description:

  • Primary responsibility for London Greenfield resourcing, with functionalresponsibility to the Resourcing team
  • Strategically develop resourcing delivery with all stakeholders
  • Develop the strategic synergies in relation to internal resourcingdelivery / capability
  • Carry out interviews with Technical/Functional managers at all levels
  • Develop SLAs and Reporting measures to ensure rigour and visibility toall resourcing activity – driving cost efficiency and a better candidateexperience
  • Leverage the client brand through attraction strategies (directadvertising, candidate experience)
  • Develop and deliver resourcing best practice and rigour
  • Influence and coach managers on resource planning, recruitment skillsand candidate profiling
  • Ensure that requisitions and authorisations are compliant and in linewith the company’s approval requirements
  • Participate and lead meetings with business and functional managersrelated to the recruitment process
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment information systems
  • Work closely with HR teams to ensure that recruitment activity meetsbusiness objectives
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reporting to HR Manager, includingachievement of KPIs and SLAs
  • Develop and improve the resourcing management / delivery process
  • Drive rigour across the current PSL, ensuring that Terms &Conditions drive cost efficiencies
  • Work in conjunction with other operational / functional areas to delivercommercial focus
Qualifications

CIPD Qualified / Relevant Degree (ie. HR or Business Administration)

Certificate in Recruitment and Selection (CRS)

Psychometric / Ability Assessment Trained

Fully developed, professional recruiterwith extensive experience in the oil and gas / engineering industry

Ability and experience in negotiating, building relationships andmanaging agencies and suppliers

Experience managing the full recruitment cycle, including development ofresourcing and attraction plans through to selection and assessment

Provide commercial acumen / discipline to the area of responsibility

Significant experience in relation to client focus / delivery inmultiple stakeholder environment

Ability to manage recruitment budgets and SLAs to drive efficiencies inthe resourcing cycle

Experience developing KPI and measures to report and improve performance

Significant knowledge of legislative, protocols and statutoryrequirements in relation to resourcing

Demonstrable experience of development and implementation of resourcingstrategies

Knowledge of resourcing systems / databases

Ability to develop long term strategies for the department, taking a keylead on all resourcing activity across the Greenfield business to help positionfor growth

Ability to influence and advise managers on resourcing requirements
