Job Description

Overview:

Ourclient, a multinational oil and gas services company based in Aberdeen arerecruiting for a new addition to their HR team. The successful candidate willbe responsible for but not restricted to the following:


Job Description:

  • Administrationand production of employee contracts.
  • Maintainaccurate and complete personnel records, manually and electronically.
  • Administrationof benefits documentation.
  • SupportingHR operations with absence management and management of terms and conditions.
  • Preparationof new personnel files and upgrading of existing personnel files.
Qualifications

Person Specification:

The ideal candidate will be highly professionalwith a focus on providing an excellent HR service. The candidate will haveexperience in a busy, fast paced organisation.

Hr Administration experience within the oil &gas industry and formal HR qualifications are desirable but not essential.
