Job Description

Our Client is currently seeking to recruitment an Administrator for 3 month assignment (April – June)

Responsibilities to include:-

Receptionist and Mailroom duties

QA Support

IT Support

General Administration –office and accounts admin, archiving, sourcing/management of office supplies, coordination/booking of meetings, facilities management and housekeeping

Candidates are required to have worked in office environment and have good communication skills.

Candidates should have experience in Microsoft Office systems, Lotus Notes and JDE

Knowledge of QA Systems would be advantageous
