Job Description

Overview:

Our client, an Aberdeen based multinational oil and gas services company, requires the services of an experienced administrator to provide a focused service to senior staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following.

 

Job Description:

 

  • Support PA to Managing Director with administrative requirements
  • Monitor incoming calls and taking appropriate action
  • General Administration duties (photocopying,filing, scanning etc.)
  • Liaise with projects/function/HR
  • Formatting documents (CV’s, reports, presentationsetc)
  • Book rooms/arrange meetings/Lunches
  • Travel and Diary Management

Qualifications

Person Specification:


Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

Sound education, preferably with further education in Business Admin or similar
FT/PT/Contract/Perm Permanent
Hours Full Time
