Day to day administration within the department relating to production of employment contracts, addendums/ variations/ transfers and associated paperwork including preparation of payroll notifications.
All documentation to be prepared within agreed timescales in order to ensure value adding service provided to the business.
Maintain accurate and complete personnel records both manually and electronically
Monitor return and administration of benefits documentation including following up with individuals regarding outstanding or incomplete paperwork.
Supporting HR operations team with absence management including inputting data, reporting, updating HRMS, payroll notifications

Supporting HR operations team with the management of terms and conditions including activities such as updating HRMS, payroll notifications, auditing records, etc
Code, log and scan hardcopy data to electronic formats.
Preparation of new personnel files and upgrading of existing personnel files and general filing tasks
Support colleagues with day-to-day activities to ensure that deadlines and standards are met & commitments honoured.
Ensure that all administration is carried out professionally
Deal promptly and politely with queries raised by employees, managers and external personnel.
Attend meetings and produce minutes as required.
Support the general improvement of all HR data through proactive cleansing and maintenance of data, file upgrades, business initiatives, etc ensuring that data is entered 100% accurate first time
Support the HR Operations team and liaise closely with the HR admin support and compensation and benefits teams with regards the effective administration and implementation of the annual performance review and annual staff bonus review.

Provide administration cover for corporate and resourcing HR admin team as required
Qualifications

As a minimum requirement the ideal candidate will be educated to CPP level, or equivalent.

The candidate will also have in depth experience working within a large, fast passed HR team.
